30-Day Return Policy
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with all our products but we realize that occasionally something may not work out. Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please save your receipts and packaging. Returns are not accepted without a receipt. See below for information on how to return your item.
- Most unopened, unused products, in their original packaging, may be returned for a full refund up to 30 days from purchase.
- Probiotics are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Purchased Skinny or B12 Cards that have been purchased do not expire and may be redeemed at any time for an injection or patch.
- “FREE Skinny” cards are not eligible for return, refund, or credit, and will be honored up to the expiration date printed on the card.
Return for Refund
Please see product eligibility above prior to sending your item back to us.
IMPORTANT: To initiate a return or replacement for a defective or damaged product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Include your full name, order number, and phone number, and the reason for the return request in your email message.
- Returns are accepted by mail or in-person at either of our Clinic locations.
- After you have received your RMA number, you can mail the item to us, or bring it into one of our Clinic locations.

You are responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it and notify you by email of the status of your refund request. If approved, and within 30 days of purchase, a refund will be processed and a credit for the cost of the item (plus tax) will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
To return your product for a refund in person:
Please bring your unopened, unused product in its original packaging, along with a copy of the email with your RMA number, and a copy of your original receipt, to one of our Clinic locations.
